How long does a water fountain last?
As a humanitarian aid organization, we cannot give a general guarantee on wells, as we are not a service provider. However, we know from our own experience that some of the wells built there have been in place for several years and are still supplying water.

How deep are the wells?
In order to ensure that water can be extracted for as long as possible, we try to ensure that the wells are deep enough. Here too, we cannot guarantee a minimum depth, but refer to empirical values. We aim for depths of up to 30 meters.

Can I have a name added to the fountain?
Yes, every fountain donor can name their fountain freely. Whether it's your own (company) name or that of an acquaintance—anything is possible. Even a special dedication, pictures, or even a logo can be added to the sign upon request.

How long does it take to complete a well, and when will they be opened?
It takes between 6-8 weeks to complete a water well. We, the team at Dr. Şahin help, travel to the locations and open the water wells personally on site to convince ourselves and the community of the quality of the wells and to share the incredible joy of the people with you.

The Help Community not only has its heart in the right place, it also inspires the whole world with its generous donations, supporting people in need. Water shortages are prevalent in many parts of the world, but wherever the Help Community is, there is a way forward!
